I don't know the details but since Airbus Executives only have a 21 day window each year to sell stock, in compliance with their own internal rules, then it is only logical that the shares will appear to be traded at the same time, and since this window opened only a short time before announcements of further delays, it could give the appearane of widespread insider trading. This is is not however, in itself, evidence that insider trading occurred.
