I was reading the July issue of Robb Report on state of NA first class, and came across two new airlines that I have never heard of Eos Air which runs an all first class 757 between JFK and Stansted and MAXJet which runs all business class (767) flights between DC, and JFK, and Stansted. Neither's product looked especially impressive, but Eos's was in line with UA, and cost 3000 US each way for a fully refundable first class ticket. On the other hand MAXJet was about 2300 each way, and its product was similar to that of the last generation of business class seats. I was wondering if anybody else had any opinions or experiences on either of the two carriers.

Maxjet looks rather typical of any North American business class product. Eos on the other hand, seems a lot better.
Eos has only 48 flat seats on their B757. It definatly looks as good, if not better than big commercial business class offerings. Eos also has several fare options, depending on dates and advanced booking, ranging from $1475 - $3250 each way. The lower end of that price scale is definatly more than reasonable.
I'd love to give them a try.
I remember, the choices were chicken or fish. I had the lasagna.
