DL Online Check In Question

Quick question for anyone who knows DL online check-in and the kiosk check-in for US domestic flights, was just wandering if its possible to enter a FF number other than a Skymiles card during either the online or kiosk process(namely instead use my VS FF card) ?

Or will I just have to do normal check-in to make sure this gets entered ?

I believe you have to do normal check-in at this point in time.

DL is working to provide both website and kiosk functionality that allows for non-DL FF#s to be entered into pax reservations.

Some see lines, others see between the lines.

If they have Delta Direct phones at the airport you are flying out of they can add the FF to your reservation and check you in. That way you won't have to stand in the ticketing line.

Print your boarding pass. Go through security. Go to podium at gate of flight. Ask them to enter your FF number. Done.
