Yes, I heard that one was due back at first and the other two slightly later. Maybe because of the Varig situation this had to be "sped' up. Maybe Lipe or JJMNGR known more. This off course makes sence when they will need their planes and eventually also are looking into the Varig T7,s.

Probably painting and under delivery check to be returned to TAM. The first one to be returned should be MVA.
No doubt is the first of three A332 leased to Etihad returning to TAM as they need to change seats (TAM announce LHR with First Class and their lie flat seats) and probably some reconfiguration. Two planes will be used on this route and during the day TAM could run some flights to MAO with A332 (this is a cargo matter and probably JJMNGR when possible will grant any news to us).
Besides to the new service to LHR, remember that JFK will become night flight both ways (nowadays GRU-JFK is daily-light) on September 1st, and due to this JJ needs another A332 to run this flight (also with First Class) and during the day, they will upgrade flight 8000 GRU-EZE from A320 to A332 (using one from GRU-JFK).
New York + Rio de Janeiro = One of the best combinations !
