Interesting radar tracks of Fedex traffic and how a thunderstorm played havoc with arrivals into Memphis.

OK, a friend of mine sent me this same video clip but is was much higher quality and better music (I think). The A.net guy that I am I thought I needed to share it here. I searched the site and found this thread but the quality was poor so here is the better copy.

This is a direct link. It opens the windows movie download

I have a clip of the 24 hour North American FedEx operations with an instrumental/classical version of Led Zeppelin's "Going to California"

Anybody interested? It's been up here a few times before.

Lemme know.

I'd love to make something like that for other airlines, if anyone knows how to do it.

Quoting Aviationwiz (Reply 5):

Thanks! That was pretty cool! I liked how there was one point where only one plane was in the air.

Hey is there a place where more of these type of "tracking" videos are available For other airlines?

I still find it funny there is the one airplane that goes all the way back to DFW instead of STL or LIT like the rest....

It's cool seeing the ones divert while other planes were able to land at MEM before some planes even landed at the diversion airport. Kind of ironic.
