Outstanding! Now we can all get down to the serious work of growing this airline.

SEATTLE— Alaska Airlines today announced ratification of two new four-year contracts covering more than 3,700 airline employees represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM).

One ratified contract covers Alaska’s clerical, office and passenger service (COPS) employees, including more than 3,100 customer service and reservations sales agents. The second ratified contract covers the airline’s ramp service and stores agents (RSSA), including more than 600 aircraft ground-handling employees.

“These agreements are the result of hard work by both parties in a highly challenging environment,” said Bill Ayer, Alaska’s chairman and chief executive officer. “I appreciate the consistent focus of our agents on delivering superior customer service throughout the negotiation process. We can now move forward with collaborative contracts that support Alaska’s ongoing transformation and ability to provide good jobs and secure futures for our employees.”

Alaska Airlines and sister carrier, Horizon Air, together serve 88 cities through an expansive network throughout Alaska, the Lower 48, Canada and Mexico. For reservations visit alaskaair.com. While I agree with you...I think the focus is more on the pilots.

I'd love to see them all want the company to grow, but it sure as heck seems like they have their own agenda. Talking with a F/A friend of mine, they already have a "plan" for next summer. Delays/Cancellations. That's NOT good.

But i'm glad to see our contract pass. Now if the company could help out our pilot group. Then it would be great!
