Airblue, a private Pakistani carrier, has said that it wishes to fly daily from ISB to MAN by the end of 2006. What has developed regarding this?

Shaheen Air International has been granted permission by the Pakistani CAA to fly to the UK; indeed, it was expected to fly to the UK in May this year, but that has obviously now passed. It intended to use the 767. Any news?

I apologise if this has already been covered.
