At about 11:30 am three private jet flights came into PAE. Two aircraft were Gulfstream G4 jets and one was a Boeing 737 with winglets but no livery at all.
If you go the the Seattle Airport flightrack link go to 11:15 am - 11:30 am and you'll notice all three flights following each other. One G4 came from over west Puget Sound and another over East Puget Sound and the 737 was following the G4 over west Puget Sound but all met up over PAE and landed at the sametime.

couldn't get the link to work, but from flightaware.com, it shows the gulfstreams are both operated by Tag Aviation, a big charter operation out of san francisco. they also operate a fractional program IIRC. as far as who is on board, unless you are physically at the plane or see the flight release from tag dispatch, you'll never know.
the 737 didn't show up on flight aware. it seems at times that short hops don't register in the database, so it's a possibility that boeing was operating a short flight. if you can manage to get the tail number, you can look up who it's operated by on the faa or landings.com databases and find out all you'll ever need to know about the plane. that is of course, all but who's on board!
