I will be flying HKT-Bangkok on Sept. 1 (Bangkok Air), and then Bangkok-SIN on Sept. 4 (SQ). I know that the new Bangkok airport has been horrendously delayed, but I have heard that there are now some flights into the new airport. I can't seem to find anything definitive on whether I will be flying to and/or from the new airport.

Shooting for 28 September opening. Some test flight last half of July. It's interim code will be NBK until Don Muang is offically closed and the BKK code becomes available.
It will cut about an hour off my drive at 01:00-02:00, so I'm looking forward to it!
They might actually make it if Thaksin stays out of the way!

There will be test flights with real passengers on July 29th. The flights will be operated by THAI, One-two-GO, Thai Air Asia, Bangkok Airways, Nok Air and PB Air on selected domestic routes only.

So, if I'm flying Bangkok Air from HKT on Sept. 1, how will I know what airport I'll be using? I can't seem to find any info on Bangkok Air's web site.

The trial flights are on July 29th only. Until the airport's operational opening in the end of September (...) all flights will operate to/from Don Muang.
