What's so good about it? It's rather shitty if you ask me.

The crosswind testing video is miles better.

Not everything has to be extreme in one way or another. What's wrong with just enjoying the beauty of a plane in normal day-to-day operations? I think the music fit the video compilation quite nicely. The visible condesation forming over the wings on takeoff around 0:52 was nice too  Smile

Seriously? Amazing? I've seen plenty of footage of the 777 taking off or landing.

An amazing video would be of one doing a barrel roll or a loop, then landing backwards.

False advertising, I want my 3:49min back.

Very nice, and nice to see the 777 in Varig colors... I love the 777, to me it has taken the place of the DC-10 as the most 'powerful' looking aircraft.

while i was about to flame you for saying that, I then realized the title of the thread. It says AMAZING 777 video. Amazing is usually stuff you don't see in everyday operations, hence normal operations. I will flame you  flamed  for saying that it was shitty. It definitely wasn't shitty. Shitty is out of focus, fixating on the ground, unsteady hands, A380 videos  duck  ... that last one is a JOKE!! people with sticks up the behinds need not respond.

Nice video.

Worked for too many airlines to list. Banktupcy after bankruptcy after bankruptcy.

35 LY777: Really nice video!!!A shame we don't see the interior of the 777
36 Vs747classic: Superb video, superb airplane, superb manufacturer. Boeing probably the best airplane maker in the world!!!
37 Post contains images SK909: Nice, though not thrilling... Now a video with DC-10/MD11, now that would be lovely. The 777 is a nice aircraft, and it is a lot more advanced than DC
38 DAYflyer: So they had to go and ruin a perfectly fine video by including the butt ugly Peter Max airplane.
39 MotorHussy: I didn't realise I was asleep until I woke up. Oh good it's over. Sorry, but was I the only one that found it really enervating. Regards MH
40 FlyDreamliner: we purposely did not send a memo to you. Well, it was ranked head and shoulders ahead of A330 and A340 in an independent sampling of european, middle
41 Coyoteguy: I know it is perception more than anything, but I always felt that the 'power' of the take off on a DC-10 was amazing, and I get the same feeling on
42 Jfr: I'm with you halfway: the 330 is a truly elegant airplane, very nicely proportioned. The 340, on the other hand, has too many engines, is too long, e
43 Tsentsan: A video thats nicely put together. One thing though, how can a 777 video be complete without the airline with the largest 777 fleet?
44 LPLAspotter: Although I would go as far as My332, I do agree it is far from amazing. Mediocre at best LPLAspotter

48 Gman94: Aesthetically the 777 is a dull aircraft, it's just an overweight 737. Give me a 747/A330 or A340 any day.
49 Post contains images Jacobin777: Mine too.. one can only hope.. .... the RR-Trent "chainsaws" are simply AMAZING! I was on an AA 777-200ER last month...ORD-LHR-LAX... Notice the IB A
50 AerospaceFan: The 777 -- one of my favorite aircraft. I enjoyed viewing the video.
51 Darrenthe747: Myt332, the monthly cramps bugging you again?
52 Myt332: No just the damn heat over here, I admit I'm a tad grouchy. I bloody know, I saw you pull this photo out in response to a thread about A346's a week
53 Jacobin777: don't get your knickers in a twist mate..most people don't know about the photo or thread and I was only sharing my experience with fellow A.netters.
