I think the most interesting point for low cost airlines is the wider aisle mentioned in that article.
That is Airbus low cost cabin, which has the same seat width as the B737, but a significantly wider aisle (around 20cm wider) to accelerate boarding and deboarding.So no congestion in the aisle any longer..!

Come on, they used to offer comfortable seats and a nice seat pitch, dont change it to something awful.
