What Did I See? CVG 7/27

I thought that I would ask you for help identifying an aircraft that I saw this morning (7/27/06) around 6:30 am et in Cincinnati parked at Delta's Terminal 3, Concourse B where the international flights are handled.

I was driving so I only got a short glimpse, but it appeared to be a Boeing BBJ with winglets. It was white, with some blue along the fuselage and up on to tail. I dug around in the photo database and this is the closest image that I could find.

The only difference is that the plane I saw appeared to have more plugged windows. I checked flytecomm and couldn't locate anything fitting the bill, I'm guessing its some sort of charter. I also have a hard time believing that the Samsung corporation, the owner of the above jet, would come into CVG. Can anybody help me out?

Perhaps it was Xtra Airways (formerly known as Casino Express). They operate service into CUN from CVG, and they had a 734 leaving CVG for CUN @ 10:41 AM.

I saw that on Flytecomm, but the plane doesn't look like the jet I saw. There was no lettering or logos.
