If Compass Airlines has its own operating certificate, does that mean it is like its own airline in a sense vs. something like Ted which is a brand for United? What Flight between MSP and IAD is or will Compass be flying. Will it be like NWA flight.... or Compass Airlines Flight.....?
Hope not to confusing
When will they expect to receive more aircraft and begin to operate other routes? Do they know what routes they will be? Will it be routes operated be NW Airlink or NWA mainline service; i.e. would they serve airports more like LAN Capital City Airport or something like LAX or TUS?
Home Airport: Capital Region International Airport (KLAN)

Compass Airlines aquired it's operating certificate from Flyi and is required to have it for one year out of Virginia. After that NW is planning on transferring the certificate to itself. NW is deciding what type of aircraft to use for service as well as routes. Nothing has been announced yet. A new CEO was just recently announced however and is based in Virginia.

On a side note:
Any one here have any weblinks to Compass Airlines, the Australian one (with the A-300s and then the MD-80s).
I don't even see any pictures here of them. None even in the search engine here. I know they existed.
