Hi Pat,

very nice pitcures! The one with the Avro in front of the crowd on the runwaycross shows pretty good how close you can go to the action!

Indeed a nice day, thanks the weather was on our side!  Smile

I can only agree, what a wonderful day! Even though we've met at ZRH several times in the past, there were plenty of new and interesting things again. Wonderful to meet all of you!

Hi guys,

as you know, it was my first meeting and I absolutely loved it!!!
It was great to see some faces behind the usernames and the tours around the airport were just awesome.
I wish I could have attended the tour through SR Techniks, but oh well, it was still a great day, which I will never forget  Smile

Hi everyone,

This meet was just as fantastic as the one we had last January. Just not enough words to say how great it was! I'll post up a web album on the website with little comments to each picture to show a bit of the atmosphere there was in the meet.
Hope to see as many of you as possible for a future meeting

Hello everybody ! Again an awesome ZRH meeting yesterday, thanks Patrick for that, I was impressed by the organization and your enthusiasm, thanks for that.

As some may be aware my beloved camera broke two weeks ago and I really missed it yesterday during the meet, but I guess some of you guys will show us some great photos from this meet taking to account some impressive equipment I saw yesterday. So... I took my dv camera with me and made some videos. I have filmed aircrafts AND people to have a more human side to my videos, I hope nobody will mind, I hope you'll like it. I've splitted in several 'chapters'.

If some of you can't run Windows Media movies then tell me, I can convert those videos into Quicktime and RealMedia videos if you wish...

As usual... right-click on the picture or the link and select 'Save target as...' to save it on your computer.

SIT BACK AND ENJOY !

Great pictures. I will need to check them out once I have access to a faster connection than 56K ( = "at work" Big grin ).

That "David Hasselhoff-thread print out" really is funny. Maybe the user at SR Technics who has printed it will come across this picture and will identify himself ... - at least he/she appears not to be a (checked-in) FirstClass Member ...

That's the pic I'm talking about:

I will try to get some of my pictures (including persons) online as soon as I'm back at home (or at work) ...

No, Swiss delivered me to BRU 25 minutes early. ON the way BACK!!!!

Hi all!

I've missed most of you this time, I was sooooooooooooo angry at Swiss, but hoping my letter to them will get my money back. Anybody had a 9 hour delay on a 50-minutes' flight?

So, I attented an IBIS bar meet on Saturday, got to the viewing deck on Sunday, haven't found anyone, and then went to Zurich and discovered the city by myself.

Thanks for the tip, Don, went up to Lindenhof and have great pics of Zurich!!

I must go back to Zurich, it's such a beautiful city, I think I need a longer non-av weekend there. The smell of food from resataurants on the other side of the river, don't know the street name, actually made me plan the menu if I come there!

Hehe, anyway, had a good time in Switzerland, and brought 1.5kg duty free chocolate with me! Not that Belgian is any less of quality, I just like the milkyness in the Swiss one!

Regards,
LO231

PS. Where's my badge? I attended, really! Have proof!  hissyfit
