It's based in the UK though. Lots of Europe, Asia and Middle East jobs. Not much in the way of North American jobs, are there any?

What line of work? There are alot of agencies and websites that specialise in Pilot's, F/A's etc.

What are you looking for? Your occupation says travel agency manager. Are you looking for an aviation management/salaried position? Look through airline websites for what you want. Jobs are constantly becoming available at many airlines since there is high attrition in aviation management since the work conditions aren't all that great and the pay isn't anywhere near as good as other industries.

If you have never designed an airplane part before, let the real designers do the work!
