So, as far as I know the whole fleet, (minus one plane?) was taken out of BEY. I figured that the rest of the planes were grounded either in LCA, and that one other was in CDG. But on July 30, I saw an MEA A321 taking off from Heathrow (I was connecting to IAD). And I was very surprised to see this. Does anyone know if they are doing still some of their regional ops (like the FCO-MXP legs of the FCO-MXP-BEY flights), or flights from LCA to LHR and other cities moving evacuees around?

I think MEA are only flying relief missions and ferrying evacuated people around, hence A330s turning up in Montreal and Sydney. And the future looks incredibly bleak, during the civil war there were only short periods where they didn't fly full schedules daily to Europe and the Gulf. Good luck to them.
fly Saha Air 707s daily from Tehran's downtown Mehrabad to Mashhad, Kish Island and Ahwaz

I flew into LHR on the 2nd and there was a MEA a/c parked at the gate. There was some kind of activity going around it, and by the looks of it, it was getting ready for a flight...
So it seems that they are using their a/c for other purposes I guess.
