Major Airlines & Their Biggest Longhaul Markets?

Which longhaul markets do you think are biggest for the major airlines?

If we look at that in simple terms - no codeshares etc - and work out the top 5, I think we might get a few surprises!

I'll start off with a couple, off the top of my head:

AA: UK, France, Brazil, Japan, Argentina
DL: Italy, Germany, France, UK, Spain
BA: USA, Canada, India, China, South Africa
AF: USA, Canada, China, Japan, India
