I thought that only the 757-300 was offered with the 737NG-style interior. When did Boeing start offering the 757-200 with the 737NG-style interior? Or did Xiamen do a mod to their 757-200s to have a 737NG/757-300 interior?

Even Delta has 757-200s with the 737NG interior... been available quite some time.

No they don't. Some however, do have 737NG-style PSUs. Most of those aircraft were converted to Song, and during the conversion, also got a curved ceiling. The overhead bins, however, are the same as the rest of the 757 fleet, with bin extensions.

A lot of the DL 757s did receive a curved ceiling, but a lot of the later build DL 757s came off the line that way.

Some see lines, others see between the lines.

There are DL 757s with the full thing that are not Song, especially those delivered in 2000.
