When clearing up the wreckage of last year's Helios crash, three skeletons were found. As three bodies on the Helios flight had not been found, it is likely that these are the same.

""I am here at the site of the crash and we are hopeful that these three skeletons are of the missing three," Captain Akrivos Tsolakis, who leads the investigation into the cause of the crash, told Reuters.

"They will be sent to the laboratory for DNA testing."

Investigators are due to release their final report next month on what exactly caused the plane to crash."

I scratch my head, therefore I am.

Quoting United787 (Reply 1):
Has there been a final report on the crash?

No. According to international rules, a draft report was issued in June and the various parties (Helios, Boeing, Cypriot CAA, Greek CAA) were given 60 days to comment.

Their comments are under review** at the moment and the final report is expected to be released in September.

**The comments are reviewed by the chief investigator and commented upon where required. All comments will appear in an Appendix
