I got a letter today from AA saying that I can save miles to Europe or South America etc. I was very interested when it said, "In early 2007, the oneworld alliance will welcome Japan airlines, Malev Hungarian airlines and Royal Jordanian."
Does anybody have any more info on this; that will help me out.

I didn't mean "do a search" It was some time ago when the announcements were first made. And the search feature can be a challenge some times. I just stated that in case you wanted to try and look back in archives as well as the oneworld website.
JAL is supposedly set for around first of the year -- understand they are sort of being "walked through the process". I hope it goes to plan.
Malev and Royal Jordanian are just some time next year, if not mistaken.
I may try some new routes back to Thailand to try out the new participants. Malev often is parked at the gate across from JAL on my late evening departures from BKK to KIX or NRT.
I leaving is daft and will end up ruining EI. Despite what they think, they can never compete with FR same goes to BA, they should stick to what they do best and continue being full service they cant compete with LCCs
