Air NZ now has a "manage your booking" online option!

It allows you to look at your ticket, change it, cancel and request a ticket copy. This is well over due. It has been frustrating in the past not to be able to look at it and change it online!

Wish NZ would do something about their online routemaps. They're quite primitive compared with many airlines.
