Air NZ now has a "manage your booking" online option!

It allows you to look at your ticket, change it, cancel and request a ticket copy. This is well over due. It has been frustrating in the past not to be able to look at it and change it online!

I wish I could afford an Air New Zealand round-the-world ticket right now, but I sadly won't get the opportunity to view or even change my booking for at least a couple of years!

Wish NZ would do something about their online routemaps. They're quite primitive compared with many airlines.
