Heya,
I was reading this months Airliner World and I noticed that Jet2 have leased the B752 that Air Scotland was using (I must say the aircraft looks in a rather sorry and dirty state).
I was wondering if anyone has any idea what Air Scotland are going to do in terms of aircraft now?
They still have Winter timetables listed on their website so I take it they plan to operate through winter.

They are operating two A320's. One based at Gerona (to feed the new parents hotels in Spain) and one in Glasgow. They are operating in an all-white livery and the airline has been rebranded as TopJet (although the website still takes bookings through the Air Scotland web address?!).
They have very little to do with Scotland now. The majority of the flights are from Gerona to a number of UK airports, the flights are still operated by Greece Airways and their owners operate a number of Spanish hotels.
They had been operating a variety of aircraft after SX-BLZ left the fleet, and before the A320's arrived, including an A310 (from Jordan Aviation I think).

How is the airline managing to operate its schedule as it needs two aircraft? If you look at a Saturday, one aircraft is needed for the Gerona - UK flights and another for the Alicante - UK flights.

While we are on the subject of Air Scotland, does anyone know how they are doing on their routes from the rest of the UK. For example how is Birmingham going? I live near BHX and have seen no advertising or anything for the route. It was launched very quitely on their website and nothing else?!
