Icelandair At SFO On 8/23?

Hey, any SFOers out there know why there was an Icelandair parked at the international termainal at around 11pmish? I'm not sure if they still fly here for there Spring/Summer charters. Another odd thing was that it was a narrowbody (I was driving, it looked like one). Thanks for the info!

If I'm not mistaken, Icelandair operates 757s to SFO on a seasonal basis. That's probably what you saw.

That would be waiting to operate FI670 SFO-KEF at 2335, usually a 763, timetabled to operate Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Can't comment on it being a widebody, but from a distance they can look similar.

Californiamate: Scheduled flight. They still serve SFO on a seasonal basis. From what I hear about the loads I don't think they will stop this flight as it does well.
