Mystery Flight 3613?To YEG...

Just noticed on the arrival screens here at the airport there is a flight 3613 arriving from Larnaca,cyprus around 1800.Someone said its a troop flight being flown by a 747 but that is it...I know that DND has chartered aircraft in the past such as MD-11's and 747's does anyone know more about this flight and who is operating it???Dumb question but wouldnt mind some pic's if its a rare visitor...The flight is routed Larnaca-Edmonton a little far for a DND A310 I think...

This sounds like a Canadian Forces flight number to me. The DND A310 has made this trip on several occasions, and they are in the midst of a troop rotation to/from Afghanistan at this time.
