Anyone ever flown on a major Mexican airline (e.g. Mexicana, Aeromexico, TAESA, etc.)? If so, wondering if you might relate your impressions to us. I hear, actually, that service on Mexicana is quite good, particularly on the American routes.

I flew Mexicana from Chicago to Puerto Vallarta a few years ago, and I wasn't that impressed. The safety annoucement was "In the event of a depressurization, put on the oxygen mask." and "In the event of an emergency landing, please exit the aircraft (B727) via one of the 5 doors or 4 overwing exits." The flight back had better safety annoucements. I would fly on them again if I had to, since the DO have A320s.

I've flown MX about 10 times, and AM 4. MX service is pretty good, the aircraft interiors are nice and usually well maintained. In about 2 weeks I'll fly AM again and give an update!
