I just heard on the Delta Newsline that AirTran is planning to increase capacity by 18-22% and start service to three new cities in 2001. Most of the flights will be from ATL. Can anyone verify this on another source other than the Newsline, b/c I can't find it anywhere.

BTW, congrats to all AirTran workers here on the forum for winning the Southeast ASTA airline of the year award for the 2nd year in a row, and to the mechanics and inspectors on getting the five-year contract.

(PS-I don't work for Delta, I just know the Newsline #, as it was mentioned in a post several days ago.)
