Bae And Airbus: Untying The Knot Or Not?

I have not seen any further news on the Bae Systems/Airbus divorce. Among other things, does Bae Systems need to leave Airbus before the A350XWB launch to avoid commitments to invest in this project? Could uncertainty over what funding will be provided by whom hold the launch up until a divorce settlement is arranged?

Any thoughts?
