While looking at planes in Minneapolis. I saw a DL 767 flying over while looking at planes. I went to flightarrivals.com and found that the DL flight was from BWI! Then another time when I was looking at arrivals I saw a DL 767 flight from Atlanta going to MSP. I forgot what the flight number was, but it was going to MSP. Although there is no DL 767 flying to MSP today, but once in a while I see it. Why is there one or more DL 767s flying to MSP?

It ain't no normal MD80 its a Super 80!

DL has done sports charters with 767s for the past few years.

Ive seen the 767 in while at MSP before. Always have assumed it was a charter. Quite a nice change from the CRJs and MD88s that Delta usually sends up there.

On a side note, Im happy to see that Delta is going up to 5 daily mainline flights at MSP with the fall schedule. It was a shame that they were only down to 2 for the summer months.
