Finnair A340 - Winter Schedule?

I was just looking into Finnair's schedule for Winter, to China and wondering what happened to the A340; it's (apparently) doing HEL-PVG (daily!) at the moment, but both PVG and PEK flights show MD11s for the Winter.

Where's it gone? Just disappeared into, well, thinnair.

I was just checking Amadeus and I can't find the A340 either. I also looked into March and I can't find it either. I checked CAN, PVG, PEK, and HKG.

Yep. And in the summer 2007 there will be THREE A343s doing PEK (7 per week), DEL (5), NGO (2 out of 3 weekly flights) and NRT (4).

NRT increasing from two to four? Good news there.

Also, will they be maintaining the MD11 fleet at seven, in which case will there be new routes?

No more MD-11s  relieved  four more A340s coming 2007-08.
New routes coming for sure, next DEL (Oct) and KUL (May). Then perhaps Seoul? Something more in China or India?
