yesterday evening (Sept. 1st) while departing VIE from runway 29, I spotted an aircraft with a dark Star Alliance tail through the open hangar doors and thought that this might have been Austrian's last remaing A343 in old colors OE-LAK having been repainted. I could only see the tail and parts of the wing but not the engines - it was definitely an A330 or A340 certainly no B763 but of course it might have been one of LH's A343s in Star colors in for a C-check. Anyone has any info on what's going on with OE-LAK or what that aircraft I saw could have been?
