Last night, as we were taxiing to our gate here at NRT, as we rolled past gates 35, 36, and 40, and 42, there were 2 NWA Cargo, and 2 NCA 747 freighters parked at passenger gates. What reason would they parked there? The cargo terminals looked to have plenty of space, as well as the ramp area near the hangers where they're usually parked if not at the cargo area. Anyone know why they were parked there? Just curious.

Do they possibly do PAX charters like UPS used to do? Or maybe it was a AMC charter?

Perhaps some ramp construction was happening in cargo terminal area. Just a wild uninformed guess..

Also, JJ, were there jet bridges attached or stairs?

The jetbridges were attached to the NCA 744's, and the rotating amber light underneath the jetway flashing at the gate of the NWA Cargo 747's
