Does anyone know the name of the airport in the UK with the shortest active runway with an ILS?

I believe it is London City. Its runway is 4,948 feet long.

I know that you wanted UK info, but the requirements in the US for ILS (percision) approaches require a 4000ft hard-surface runway with appropiate lighting.

It may be Plymouth, but the rwy you mention doesn't have ILS. But the longer rwy, which is 1161m/3809ft long, has ILS.
