Anybody know who will be ground handling NW flights at stations Mesaba was supposed to do?

From what I hear it's going to be Air Wisconsin employees.

TVC was always going to be done by Air Wisconson. Mesaba had been assigned 17 stations like LAN, JAX, RST, ETC. I was wondering if anyone knew if these stations had been assigned to any other carrier or if NWA is holding back hoping Mesaba gets the labor problems solved
