Sounds like BNA is moving forward. It's been several years since I flew into the airport. I usually just drive from Indy. Love the scenery through Kentucky.

While BNA is well designed and is a breeze to get in and out of, concession options now, to put it charitably, suck, and Whitt's is the only thing that is "distinctly Nashville." I look forward to this renovation. BNA is such an easy airport to use, and a touch more comfort will be really nice.

One man's well designed is another man's nightmare. They're consolidating Security into one set of checkpoints as part of this, I believe, so that's not going to help any. It's a rather cruddy desking as far as any ramp area not on the C concourse as well... but then, it was designed when American had a hub there.
