Can any give me the correct name and address of the CEO of Emirates. I would like to drop a note concerning my last flight with them from SYD/FCO in F/C.

Thank you
Gary T

Sheikh Ahmed Ben Saeed Al-Maktoum (President and CEO as per a source on the Internet)

Do share ur experience on your last trip with EK if you don't mind. Was it hell? was it good?

Thanks Roni, but what is the address.

The only bad thing about Emirates is they don't fly everywhere I need to go. I've racked up almost 300,000 miles with them this year, despite waiting 4 months for a first class ticket refund they are still my favorite airline. Love the 340-500.

Cheers

Rather than writing to HH Sheikh Ahmed, if you must write to the top rather than customer service, I would suggest either Tim Clark (President) or Maurice Flanagan (Executive Vice Chairman).

I agree .. and even more so, i think you should write to Tim Clark instead of Maurice Flanagan.

It would be interesting if you did get a reply. Would love to know that too  Wink

Thanks Roni and Airways45, I appreciate your help. I just want to acknowledge the great help I have received from the Rome staff of EK. They were the only ones who got the picture and fixed the problem after running around for four months.

Cheers
