questions about aircraft in SNN.

first I saw a 707, blue tail with 2 white curved stripes crossing at the top of the tail. what's it doing here ? who does it belong to ?

then there's an all-white 727 that's been parked in the middle of the airport for almost 2 weeks ! same question again : why ? whose ?
