I'm leaving tomorrow for Eroupe and my buddy wants to track my flights when I get over there. The flight tracker "Flightaware" that a lot of people here use is in most cases unable to track European flights..... my question is there a European version of flightaware or somthing like it? Free?
 pray

The simple answer is no. Not even if you pay. There are some sites that have limited tracking of flights, but that's it...unless you pay ATC fees (i.e. owner/operator/airline) you cannot get the data.
