Will NH Introduce 777 On European Flights?

Hi, Now that 7 NH744s are going to Air Atlanta next year, I'm wondedring if NH will indroduce the 777 on European flights, particuallarly on the London route. Many thanks if anybody can help? regards from Timetable.

As ANA is getting rid of their 744s( I heard that their wide body fleet will soon consist of 777s and 787s), I think they are bound to use their 777s(especially their 77Ws)to European destinations.But I don't know very well ANA so, it is just a guess.

Why, it so sad. I saw an ANA 773ER at JFK the other day. The 744 in ANA colors is such a majestic bird, JAL still used a 744 to JFK. On my next trip to NRT I'm going on JAL's upper deck.

For First, I prefer the 777 over the 747 so I am glad that NH is moving to 773ERs.  Smile

Not yet. 744 are still scheduled to LHR, CDG and FRA. However JL does use 77W to CDG and LHR.

You are confusing JL with NH. NH is still using the 744 to LHR, CDG and FRA.

Why? Because compared to the 77W, the 744 is a gas guzzler and you can get virtually the same number of seats in the premium configurations NH uses with minimal difference in payload performance.

I much prefer seeing the 777-300ER at JFK. We did have the 747-400 service for quiet a while, I think it's a nice change.

Eventually, yes. It's just a matter of time. With the next two 773ER deliveries slated for the NRT-ORD run. The next 773ER deliveries starting next year will mean one of the NRT-European routes will surely change to 773ER.

Not anytime soon. JL is taking its time with delivery of its 773ERs plus there are only four more to be delivered with the next two not scheduled until 2008.
