Why No More Tu-154 Freighter Conversions?

In the past, some older Tu-154s have been converted to the "S" version with a main-deck freight door. Now that quite a few of these aircraft are replaced by western ones, why are there no more freighter conversions ? Is the programme offered anymore ?

Maybe Tu204 knows the answer ?
