Vietnam's national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines, will launch electronic ticketing service in November, local newspaper Young People reported on 19th September.
Under the e-ticketing, to be first applied to flights between capital Hanoi and southern Ho Chi Minh City, Master and Visa card holders can book tickets via website. With e-tickets, costs will be cut remarkably compared with paper tickets as there are no costs for printing, sending or filing.

Then they will have to relaunch their website first, because the thing has been under construction for as long as I can remember. It's about time that Vietnam launches e-ticketing as a whole. So far, the option has not yet been available at all for any tickets originating in that country, as far as I know.
