Air Malawi In Big Time Trouble

I just got the news that Air Malawi is in Big time trouble...May be liquidation..

Does any one have any news?
What will happen to their regional routes to DAR, NBO, JNB??

This is sad to hear, having lived in LLW for years as a kid. I recall even flying an QM 747 back in the day. I'm guessing this is the product of bad management and a poor product?

Depending on their respective loadfactors, I'd guess that Air Tanzania, Kenya Airways and SAA will either be using larger equipment or increasing their frequencies...

Sad to see QM in trouble, hope they can somehow pull through...
