Could someone please tell me which days/flights the B737 and B777 aircraft are used on the Nairobi - Johannesburg route. Im planning on going to go both these places over Christmas from London, and want to do this internal flight using Kenya Airways. Unless anyone thinks South African Airways is a lot better?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

i flew Nairobi Jo'burg a few years ago and we flew with SA. They used the 737 on the route and it was very comfortable. The food was good and the IFE was also very good.  twocents

Hi!

Usually the flights are 737 except for Fri/Sat/Sun KQ 460/461 is a
763 but we ocassionally get a 777 for either operational details
or due loads.
You should get a much better rate LON/NBO/JNB/NBO/LON on KQ

Hope this helps

Cheers!
Tony

And how would I book that? Don't mean to sound ignorant (I am only young!). On the website you can only book one return. Would I have to phone the airline and do it that way?

Yes but how can I book it so that I get to stay in Nairobi for say, 2 weeks? At the moment I can book a flight from Heathrow - Jo'burg with Kenya Airways, but with a change of aircraft in Nairobi for a couple of hours or so!
