Staff at BA , have been informed by management that James A Lawrence will be joining the British Airways Board of Directors as a non-executive director with effect from November 1, 2006.

He has held positions as executive vice president of Northwest Airlines and president and CEO of Pepsi-Cola Asia, Middle East, Africa.

As BA staff are acutely aware there will be even more cuts/downsizing/outsourcing throughout 06/07 ... does anyone from NW have any info they would like to share from his time there ? .......
