Seems like the previous thread has been deleted, thus this new one.
Ok, now that I've four A.netters confirmed and three standing-by, I'll put the latest on where and when is it finally going to be.
The best place I have in mind is in a Lounge called TAO inside one of the best Malls of the city: Centro Comercial Tolon. It has a cool meeting area with nice sofas and tables where we can chill, have some drinks, and enjoy a typical Caracas Saturday night. The place is full of nice waitresses and flat TVs, some Budda Bar styled music and a low light scenery. Pretty cool I must say.
Now, about the meeting... I've already contacted two people who work for Conviasa (one is a pilot and the other one...) and I'm supposed to call them again tomorrow to settle everything up. I really hope I can bring them, so we can add some spice to the meeting.
Now, as soon as I get their confirmation, I'll tell you all what's the final time going to be. So far, I think that around 6PM on Saturday 7th will be good. It's a good time for everyone. I know some of you might prefer different timing, and if the guys from Conviasa can't make it, we'll adapt it as you preffer.

I wouldn't want our friends from VLN to lose their time coming to CCS to find closed roads & avenues. Maybe it'd wiser to move the meeting time up to 7PM to avoid any problems?
