A joint madate is being finalised with an internalional business bank to analyse the feasability and recommend the best conditions and modalities of its realization.

Such initiative is planned in relation to the future opening of the skies and the resulting challenges, with all the ever-increasing alliances. It is also part of consolidating the existing collaboration and coordination between Nouvelair and Kartago Airlines.

So are Nouvelair and Karthago considering a merger?

That's probable, but nothing serious yet. I personally do not see any advantage for Nouvelair. The airline is doing well "alone" and could certainly do better under an open Tunisian sky.
