A very dear life long friend of mine was taken from us this past weekend... she was a 22 year DL frontline warrior... redcoat... crown room... ticket agent...Her last station was PVD... she worked in JNU/DFW/PVD... I worked with her in JNU and DFW....she was the consumate DL professional... one that can not be replaced.... the old DL Family spirit was with us.... DL sent a crew from BOS to man the PVD station today so the PVD crew could attend the funeral.... this was awesome for DL to do this.... sad day in the family for sure....

A moment of silence for a true "Airliners" professional.....

The more senior Delta employees are spectacular - sorry to hear of your loss and that of her family and friends. The older personnel appreciate providing good customer service - spectacular service!

I'm sure this individual will be greatly missed by everyone she knew.

Lono, Delta lost a true professional indeed. She was very highly respected and loved by her colleagues.

Rest in peace, R.

It's a new day. Every moment matters. Now, more than ever.

God Bless you my (former) fellow ACS colleague. Even though I've never met this person, she was still a part of the RICH, SPIRITED, WARMTH, TRUE Delta heritage that is the BENCHMARK of true hospitality in the U.S. aviation of days of yesteryear.
