Will there ever built a new international airport in the Northsea between Great Britan and the Mainland(Netherlands, Belgium and France?

I have heard that there are evaluations between the 4 countrys if this is possible?

Would seem pretty pointless to me, good airlinks between all the countries, also got the trains and good sea links. Cant see the point in building it
