How much would an upgrade on Midway cost on a route say, RDU-PHL(1hr,15min), Would I be able to get an upgrade on a $90 one-way ticket? And could I get it at my first city, not while connecting in RDU?

Sorry, the REAL topic is "Upgrades on Midway". I'm doing a report right now, so I accidently typed that in the topic area.
