Who uses them today regularly in pax service?

Also, was the AN74 ever used as a pax carrier?

The last time I was in Angola (2 years ago), I saw and heard, thos mothas are loud as hell, a lot of Illyushins.

Oh yeah, Aeroflot uses a bunch of Il-86's and -96's, and they're still used throughout the former USSR. I've flown on Il-86's and Il-114 (which are still produced in Uzbekistan) on Uzbekistan Airways An-24's on Tajikistan Airlines.

Il-86 isn´t used in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, otherwise rest of former USSR they´re in use.

An IL62M operated by Rossia has made several visits to SNN over the summer on charter flights.

I flew with An24 UR-SLI from Odessa to Kiev (Ukraine domestic flights) in april 2006. It´s route of Aerosvit, but for them operate domestic flights various local airlines, you never know, which airplane will you fly Wink On Ukraine is a lot of An24 and few Tu134 yet in passenger service.
