I hate crashing generally. It's a right pain in the ass.

Oh and I hate when the bar runs out of my favourite spirit.

I am quite fearful when I am boarding the plane and am looking down the aisle to see where my row is and there are two ENORMOUS obese guys sitting in the same row (one at the window and one in the aisle) and you look down at your ticket and you have a middle seat... that's pretty bad

Also when you sit down and make yourself comfortable & a mom with three screaming children come in and sit down right in front of you

Other than that flying is great!

The one thing I fear most when boarding a plane is to reach my window seat and find that there is a blank wall next to me, or the window is poorly aligned with the seat..... smile

I don't like long-haul flights. Spending 10+ hours cramped in an Y seat it's a real pain to me!

I hate landing because then the flight is over.
I hate little kids who never shut up for the entire flight.
I hate walking to my seat and finding someone already sitting in it.
I hate sitting by obese people.

I really enjoy flying and also i am deaf so i won't be able to hear annoying kids screaming during the flight... i don't mind turbulence because it spark my excitement.. but i really really hate when the plane have no Flightware or camera outside of the plane for me to explore since i am deaf... i like 10" flat screen but i can't understand them since any commerical planes in the universe don't SUPPORT CLOSE CAPTIONS so all i can do is sit next to the window and enjoy the clouds and land....

so the only thing i hate is

1) not sitting next to window
2) good tv entertainment but no close captions
3) no flight tracking because i would like to know what land i am flying over
4) horrible plane food

Agreed

You can shake me, bake me, turn the cabin temp way down, hit me with the beverage cart, have the baby cry two rows behind me for the entire LHR-LAX VS flight, nauseate me with the ungawdly sight of the piss-misses on the urinal but just don't hit a freekin mountain or collide with another plane!

Same here. I dislike it when the F/A's give me attitude for asking more coke.

I love it when the F/A's play the right movies, bring you extra food and talk to you.

As my dad put it, "I'm not afraid of flying, but I'm very afraid of suddenly not flying."

Really, there's not much that scares me. I guess harsh turbulence worries me at the time, but other than that I'm just fine.

One thing I REALLY hate is the bathrooms.
It's just a irrational fear, but I always think that he plane is going to crash when I'm using it...

Don't believe anything you read on the net. Except this. Well, including this, I suppose.

I could spend all day in the air, but being in an enclosed space surrounded by tons of people makes me very nervous. I also hate people getting airsick. But ive been fortunate to only have seen that once in the 500,000 miles ive flown. And not on a long haul, but a LAX-LAS flight on WN. Thats what happens when people start the party too early.

Two words: Airport Security.. I fear that just because of the shear pain in the ass nature of it. Let a terrorist get on my plane, I tripple dog dare him. I'll rip his friggin arms off and beat him to death with them and he can go see God or Allah or whoever the fsck he prays to.

I don't care what you think of my opinion. It's my opinion, so have a nice day :)

Here's my top ten list of things I don't like about flying.

1. Jetlag
2. Security
3. Lines
4. Lost luggage
5. Inadequate overhead storage space
6. Little kids
7. Overweight people
8. Delays
9. Cancelled flights
10. Getting stranded in an airport for hours when you're tired
